Ms. Fatema H Rizvi
Director

Ms. Fatema H Rizvi was inducted to the Board of Summit Alliance Port Limited (SAPL) as a nominee Director of Alliance Holdings Limited on November 6, 2025. She currently serves as Executive Director of PEB Steel Alliance Limited, where she is involved in business operations, organisational development, and strategic growth initiatives within the manufacturing and infrastructure sector. She also serves as Director of Fountain Garments Manufacturing Ltd., Dhaka.
Ms. Rizvi graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Business and Management from Queen Mary University of London. With an academic background in business management and growing involvement across multiple industries, she represents a new generation of business leadership focused on innovation, operational efficiency and sustainable long-term growth.
Alongside her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Rizvi is actively engaged in philanthropic and community initiatives. She is associated with Firdaus Nasir Trust Charitable Clinic, an initiative dedicated to supporting women’s healthcare, where she is working toward developing an integrated care system for mothers and children by bringing together services including gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiology, endocrinology, osteopathy, and postnatal aftercare support under one platform.
She also serves as Vice President of the UWC Bangladesh Alumni Association and General Secretary of the Chittagong Grammar School Dhaka Alumni Association.
Outside of her professional and community engagements, Ms. Rizvi has a strong interest in golf, animal welfare and an advocate for mental health awareness.
